The NAR Short Sale Issues Working Group has developed a “Short Sale Workflow” as an overview of the short sale process.

This short sales work flow is an educational tool intended to give brokers and sales associates a comprehensive overview of the short sale process (listing, marketing, negotiating and closing properties subject to a potential short sale).  It is not intended to and does not constitute legal, financial or tax advice, and should not be interpreted as policy of the national association. 

Realtors® and member boards are authorized to modify, reproduce and distribute the short sale work flow.
