The Brunswick County Association of REALTORS® held a media luncheon on Thursday, May 29th at the association headquarters.

 

The focus of the luncheon was to present the true picture of real estate in Brunswick County and stress that real estate is local.

 

Those in attendance were presented with facts regarding the housing market—both today and through the last several decades.

 

As we all know, this is truly a buyers market due to the wide selection of

homes available and record low interest rates.

 

Keeping this fact in mind, BCAR has unveiled it’s newest web site: www.2008IsGreatForRealEstate.com. This site will provide your buyers with some reasons as to why now is a great time to buy real estate in Brunswick County.

 

More than a dozen reporters from various media outlets attended the luncheon.
