Did you know that you can have ListHub deliver leads directly to the Listing Agent?

Here’s how:

Log in to your ListHub account, click on 'settings' and then click on 'property page'. You will see a field called 'override email'.

If you enter an email address in this override email field all of the "Leads" from the property page will go to the address you enter. If you prefer that the leads go directly to the listing agent leave this field blank and the system will send the "Lead" to the listing agent email address found in the MLS system. If for some reason there is no listing agent email address shown with the listing, the ListHub system will send the "Lead" to the Brokerage Contact email address.

Simple as that!

BING! - They may NOT give you the right tools for the MLS!

Many times you will download software from the internet and a new toolbar will magically appear at the top of your internet window. For example, an existing piece of software you may already have on your computer recognized an update was needed, or you may be purchasing a new piece of software and downloading it directly. During the installation process of this software you will usually have many boxes pop up asking you to “accept” or “confirm” changes. Many times, buried in one of these pop up boxes, will be an option to install a NEW TOOLBAR, i.e. Google, AOL, Yahoo, etc. Recently a member downloaded the new BING toolbar. As a result, many features of the MLS stopped working!!!!! It took a call to the MLS Support line, and a technician “taking over” their machine remotely to fix this issue.

· Be very careful when downloading software from the internet.

· READ every pop up screen very carefully, do not accept the installation of any toolbars or other software that you do not already use.
