Last month, we highlighted the “Short Sale Workflow” that NAR developed in order to give REALTORS® a better understanding of the Short Sale Process. The NAR has just released a document entitled “REALTOR® Concerns about Short Sales and the NAR Response” which can be found here: http://www.bcarnc.com/newsletters/april09/shortsalesflyer.pdf This flyer highlights many of the concerns that REALTORS® have regarding the Short Sale Process. The feedback we have been receiving from our members directly mirrors the concerns that REALTORS® across the country are having. We are keeping a close eye on all matters relating to Short Sales and will continue to pass along any and all relevant information to our members. |
