(BCAR) strives to be a premier REALTOR®
organization. It assists members to be
successful and professional in their businesses by
providing member benefits that include tools,
services, and professional standards procedures.
BCAR also maintains regional involvement in
governmental affairs to promote the protection of
private property rights. BCAR is
membership-supported and operates with a small
professional staff and a committee structure.
The major things that make BCAR unique as an
organization are its diverse membership base,
central location within the region, and operation of
the 101 Stone Chimney Place banquet facility.
BCAR provides positive support to its members,
professionally delivers services, and is a regional
leader within the real estate field. BCAR has
both an internal and an external customer base.
Member realtors are the major internal customer, and
BCAR provides a variety of professional services for
them. Local governments within the region are
the major external customer, and BCAR is a real
estate information source for them as well as an
advocate for real estate issues regionally."
