To qualify
for REALTORŪ membership or access to the MLS you must be
a BIC (or Appraiser) or be affiliated with a BIC. You
must also have a valid North Carolina Real Estate or
Appraisal license.

Fees are calculated based on when you join
and are different based on which type of
membership is requested. Fees listed are
subject to change at anytime.

Requirements & Attend New Member Orientation
You
will be notified immediately after your
paperwork has been processed via email.
Included in that email will be the date of the
New Member Orientation you are required to
attend and Code of Ethics requirements.
